Pricing and Payment

in full at the time of purchase through our approved third-party payment processors.

By submitting payment, you authorize ClearCheck and its payment processors to charge
the applicable amount for the requested service.

No-Refund Policy for Digital Reports

Due to the nature of ClearCheck’s instant digital services, all sales are final once
a search has been submitted and a report has been generated or delivered electronically.

Each background search triggers real-time processing and data access costs, regardless
of whether records are found. Because the service is performed and fulfilled upon
report generation and delivery, ClearCheck does not provide refunds, returns,
exchanges, or cancellations after processing begins.

Refunds will not be issued based on:

• A customer’s change of mind after purchase.
• The absence of records or limited results in a report.
• A customer’s dissatisfaction with the amount of information returned.
• A customer’s failure to review the service description, FAQ, sample report, or these Terms and Conditions before purchase.
• A misunderstanding of the nature of an instant digital information service.

If ClearCheck determines, in its sole discretion, that a duplicate charge or technical
billing error occurred, ClearCheck may review the matter and provide an appropriate remedy.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, ClearCheck reserves the right to
provide relevant transaction and service-delivery evidence to the payment processor,
card issuer, acquiring bank, or dispute resolution entity.

Such evidence may include, without limitation:

• Order and transaction records
• Purchase timestamps
• Report generation and delivery timestamps
• IP address or device-related usage information
• Access logs showing report availability or retrieval
• Service descriptions, FAQs, sample reports, and policy pages in effect at the time of purchase

No Guarantee of Results

ClearCheck does not guarantee that a report will contain any minimum amount of data,
specific records, or any particular result. The information returned depends on the
quality, availability, and scope of public records and third-party data sources at
the time of the search.

You acknowledge that a report showing no records, few records, or incomplete records
does not mean the service failed or was not delivered.

Accuracy and Third-Party Data

ClearCheck relies in part on third-party data providers and public records sources.
We do not control those sources and do not warrant that information obtained from
them will always be complete, current, or error-free.

ClearCheck disclaims liability for inaccuracies, omissions, outdated records, or
unavailable data originating from third-party providers or public record systems.
