ClearCheck Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued for services purchased through the ClearCheck website.
Digital Service Notice
ClearCheck provides instant digital background search reports generated from publicly available records and third-party data providers.
Because this service is delivered electronically and generated in real time after a search is submitted, ClearCheck does not sell or ship physical products.
No Refunds After Report Generation
All ClearCheck purchases are final once a search has been submitted and a background report has been generated.
Each search triggers immediate processing and data access costs from third-party record providers. Once a report is generated and delivered electronically through the platform, the service has been fully performed.
For this reason, ClearCheck does not offer refunds, cancellations, or returns after a report has been generated.
Situations That Do Not Qualify for Refunds
Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:
- No records were found in the report.
- The report contains limited information.
- The customer expected different or additional records.
- The customer did not review the product description or sample report before purchase.
- The customer changed their mind after the search was submitted.
- The report results did not meet a personal expectation or use case.
The availability of information depends on public records and third-party data sources, which vary by jurisdiction and record availability.
Customer Responsibility
Before purchasing a search, customers are encouraged to review the product description, FAQ, and any available sample reports provided on the ClearCheck website.
By submitting a search request, the customer acknowledges that they understand the nature of the digital service and agree that the service will be considered fulfilled once the report is generated and delivered electronically.
Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly due to a duplicate transaction or technical billing error, please contact us within a reasonable time after the transaction.
ClearCheck will review verified billing errors and may issue a correction or refund at its sole discretion where appropriate.
Payment Disputes
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, ClearCheck may provide evidence to the payment processor or issuing bank demonstrating that the service was delivered.
Such evidence may include:
- Transaction records
- Report generation timestamps
- Delivery confirmation
- Access logs
- Website policies and product descriptions in effect at the time of purchase
