How to Redeem Search Credits

“The Credits Menu Tab allows you to Redeem your Background Check Search Credit. Click the “Redeem Button”, fill out the Information Fields needed to run your Background Check Search and click the Search Button. Wait 30 Seconds and your completed Background Search will appear under the “Report History” Menu Tab.

* For Mobile Devices (Small Screens) you might have to scroll to the right of the Credits & Report History Tabs to see the Redeem & Search Buttons. We recommend using your Mobile Phone in Landscape Mode for viewing.

Report History

From the Report History tab, you can view each and every background check search you have run or download a PDF file to your desktop or mobile device.
